Next is the oilstone polishing method, which mainly depends on the surface condition of the hinge. Use flexible gauze to finely polish the surface of the hinge without any indentation.

Oil coating inspection is a method of evenly applying a clean brush in the same direction to the surface of the entire hinge. This inspection method can easily detect small defects on the stamped parts of the hinge. The last method is visual inspection, which mainly discovers some macroscopic and external defects in stamped parts.
